Well, it has been a long while since I last posted…one of my New Year’s goals is to get back into posting on my blog more frequently. I felt compelled to start up my blogging again today….Christmas day which is also the day we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ is a day that is symbolic for spiritual new beginnings! I have a dear friend Eva Scrivano-Conti who has her own blog, www.anewbegining4you.com who blogs about her experiences in having a new Christian spiritual beginning and how others can too. Or maybe you have had one and gotten off the Holy Highway (a term Eva uses) to continued spiritual and personal growth and are ready to embrace a renewed spiritual beginning at this time. If so you will enjoy reading about her own stories as well as the poems, songs and prayers she has been inspired to write on may subjects as a way to share her faith and get God’s message across in a simple and understandable way to all.
We met for lunch the other day and she was sharing with me that she was feeling inspired to write a new poem about Christmas and what it is really all about. I am re-posting it today as my Merry Christmas message to all.
